Ben Gotkin – Recruiting Toolbox & Executive Director, ATAP (Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals)

Ben Gotkin is the executive director of ATAP and principal consultant at Recruiting Toolbox. Ben draws from over 22 years of experience in various tactical and strategic leadership roles at organizations including Recruiting Toolbox, Marriott International, RSM, The MITRE Corporation, Intelsat and BAE Systems.

Justen Baxter – Sr. Strategic Sourcing Advisor at CSRA

Justen Baxter is a Senior Strategic Sourcing Advisor at CSRA, Inc., where he provides best practices and education on sourcing methodologies, Boolean logic and technology, while also developing an enterprise-wide Strategic Sourcing Center of Excellence, building CSRA’s talent communities, and fostering awareness of its employer brand. With over 11 years of experience in the recruiting field, Justen has worked as both a full lifecycle recruiter and a strategic sourcer. He is passionate about testing and evangelizing cutting-edge sourcing technologies and tools, particularly those that support Defense industry recruiting efforts. Previously, he has held roles at Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, CSC, and more. When Justen isn’t developing new sourcing best practices for his team, you can find him spending time with his 2-year-old son and daughter, kayaking, and attending Nationals, Wizards and Redskins game (as a true diehard DC sports fan).

Alex Verhulst – Sr. Talent Sourcer & Military Program Lead at Leidos

Alex Verhulst has 11 years of Global Staffing and Talent Acquisition experience within the government contracting industry. He’s highly adept at operational tracking of personnel and understanding of position requirements and is involved heavily in government contract compliance. He is experienced managing a diverse workforce of both full time and temporary personnel.
